I joined this course to revalidate my knowledge on Referral to Treatment pathways for patients. The set up is very easy to navigate. Initially there is a video for each section you wish to review. It covers every element of the patients journey through each step from the various routes of referrals into the receiving trust to being discharged but also the national guidelines around targets, DNA rules, department responsibilities etc.
Nicola’s knowledge is second to none and her passion for this subject can be felt throughout. For each video the subject is clearly explained by Nicola and before you can move onto the next there is a Question and Answer section with multiple answer that you need to pass before moving on.
Once you have passed all the sections you receive a certificate at the end of it all. I would definitely recommend this course if you are thinking of embarking in a career within the NHS or looking to improve your knowledge or employment prospects.
